Fuel & Iron is an incubator food hall. Our chefs will stay in the food hall for a couple years before launching their own brick and mortar restaurants. That means spaces will be coming available for up-and-coming chefs on a regular basis. We are looking for a few attributes for our restaurant concepts:
1) Unique Concept - Whether you are a first-time restaurant owner or an experienced restauranteur. your concept in Fuel & iron will be unique.
2) Food & Beverage Experience - You've cut your teeth working for someone else in a management capacity or owned your own food & beverage business. You have a pretty good sense that restaurant ownership is what you want to do.
3) Desire to Expand - You want to open your own brick-and-mortar restaurant in Southeastern Colorado after your time in the food hall. The food hall is a great launch pad to help you reach your goals!
